Business valuation

We have extensive experience of carrying out business valuations for a range of purposes including shareholder disputes, matrimonial cases, compulsory purchase order compensation claims and contractual disputes. We combine our forensic expertise and valuations experience to provide a commercial approach to business valuation. 

In the case of specialist valuations, we are able to draw on technical expertise from our corporate finance team and on in-depth industry knowledge from within both our South African and international member firms. As valuation work is very much a subjective exercise, we are able to produce a range of valuations for the business concerned along with an opinion as to the likely value of the business within that range.
