Fanus became a director of the company on 1 March 2008. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 1995 and studied for his academic qualifications at the University of Pretoria and University of South Africa. He heads the Mossel Bay office and is also responsible for many small business clients in George. He worked at SARS for many years and specialises in taxation and, specifically, in the effect of taxation on farmers.
