Hans Hillermann is the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Moore Johannesburg, where he also leads the German Desk.
A Chartered Accountant with more than seventeen years of professional services experience in South Africa and abroad, he advises business owners and investors across the deal lifecycle. His work spans corporate finance, private equity and cross border investment, with deep experience supporting South African companies on value creation and maximisation. He has also worked extensively with multinational groups, providing insight into offshore structures and strategies for investment into the local market.
