He focuses his extensive corporate finance, private equity, and advisory experiences to help clients grow their wealth. His experience includes initiating, developing and executing merger and acquisition transactions for both listed and unlisted companies. Hans is a CFA Level II candidate and the knowledge gained is adding value to valuation and due diligence services he delivers to clients.
