Bio
Grant’s excellence in his field has seen him officially recognised as a Master Tax Practitioner by the SAIT.
After finishing his schooling at St. Andrews College in Grahamstown and graduating with Honours in Business Science from Rhodes and a Post Graduate degree in Taxation from UCT, he spent time working in London, the financial capital of the globe. As a result, his list of specialities is extensive, including employment tax, personal tax, trusts and estates, tax compliance, and offshore tax structuring.
Grant also advises clients on SARS audits, objections and appeals, tax compromises, and voluntary disclosure applications to regularise clients’ tax affairs. He has been published extensively on tax issues and has been interviewed by Gareth Cliff as a subject expert. Grant also sits on the Moore South Africa tax committee, contributing to best practice across the network. Out of the office, Grant enjoys time on the road partaking in endurance running and playing golf. His main areas of specialisation are individuals, trusts, and tax compliance.
