Clayton Redford is a dedicated, experienced professional with a strong background in finance, digital product development, and management. He holds an MCom in Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MBA from the University of Oxford. Previously, he served as the COO of Peresec, South Africa’s largest prime broker, and has recently joined Moore Johannesburg, a financial professional services firm on a steep growth trajectory, as COO.
His passion for simplifying complexity and his keen eye for organisational and solution design have enabled him to successfully lead teams and drive growth. He strongly believes in the power of finance, technology, and education to shape and improve the world, with a particular focus on South Africa.
A proud father, avid reader, and sports enthusiast, Clayton enjoys spending his downtime exploring new cultures through travel and food, cheering on the Springboks, and broadening his knowledge through diverse reading material.
